The Company shall apply Best Available Techniques (BAT) to promote:

• Advancement of material recycling initiatives, including the recycling and recovery of non-hazardous industrial wastewater generated at the facility.
• Proper treatment and disposal of industrial wastewater in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
