color: #f7941e!important;\"><strong>Update Your KYC Details and Claim Your Unpaid Dividends<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Dear Shareholders,<\/p>\n<p>Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (\u201cIEPF\u201d), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, vide its letter dated 16 July 2025, launched a <strong>100 Day Campaign &#8211; \u201cSaksham Niveshak,\u201d <\/strong>from 28 July 2025 to 06 November 2025, to reach out to the shareholders whose dividends have remained unclaimed.<\/p>\n<p>The Company takes various facilitation measures to reduce unclaimed dividends, updating KYC and bank mandates from time to time to prevent the transfer of unpaid\/unclaimed dividends and shares to IEPF. This \u201cSaksham Niveshak\u201d Campaign is focused on KYC and other related updations, and collaborative efforts are being taken. The objective of this campaign is to facilitate shareholders for,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Updating Know Your Customer (KYC) details, including Bank account mandates, Nominee registration, and Contact information &#8211; Email, Mobile number, Address, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Claiming unpaid\/unclaimed dividends for any financial year(s) in order to prevent transfer to IEPF.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In line with the above campaign, all shareholders whose dividends remain unpaid\/unclaimed with the Company or whose KYC Details\u00a0(viz PAN, Bank account details, Contact details, Nomination, Specimen signature)\u00a0have not been updated are requested to follow the procedure below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><u>In case shares are held in physical form<\/u><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Shareholder(s) are requested to update KYC Details (viz. PAN, Bank account details, Contact details, Nomination, Specimen signature)\u00a0for the respective folios.
